• After another company incorrectly installed a faulty motor then invoiced for this and the time spent searching the internet for a solution to the problem with my heat pump, I called Mini Pro.

  Conversely, I was not charged for assessment time. One issue was insufficient air flow, which was taken care of in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. The second being the unit nearing the end of its service period. Mini Pro suggested that with the airflow issue resolved, I would be able to glean full use from the unit until it requires replacement - at which time I will call upon Mini Pro once again. Mini Pro kept me apprised of their findings during the entirety of the process - which was not the case with said other company.

  All in all, Mini Pro provided exceptional value for work well done. Suffice it to say, it is rare to receive the kind of honest and forthright service that I experienced with Mini Pro.

• Mini Pro came to the rescue when we needed help with the heat pump and HRV system in our new house. Not only did they fix the errors the builder had made in the initial installation, they patiently explained the units to us so we can make better use of them. • Very happy Customer! Three years ago we reached out to Rick Gallant at Mini Pro and it has been an excellent experience. He was prompt and very meticulous with his install. He changed out all the manufacturers fittings with new ones that he flared to ensure we would not have any future problems with pressure. He was respectful of our house . When I say that he wore paper booties over his work shoes and put down heavy blankets to ensure nothing damage and cleaned up all install mess. Once install was complete he spent time with us to explain how to operate the unit correctly for optimal performance. We were so impressed that we felt good recommending him to two family members and a couple of co-worker( and yes they also had excellent experiences). And an added bonus is that Mini Pro also cleans the units which was also again an excellent experience (We even have recommended them for this service).

• When I purchased my home in 2020, it came with a Heat Pump and Air Exchanger. I was aware the Air Exchanger was not used in many years so I contacted Rick at MiniPro as he was a longtime friend of the family. I told him my story and he highly suggested he inspect it before using it especially to make sure no condensation was present. I got a weekend appointment pretty fast, he was very accommodating to my schedule also.
